PTA meeting for S3 and S5 Students was conducted on 28 October 2023 at Al Azhar College of Engineering and Technology. The meeting was inaugurated by Principal of the college. All the department heads were in attendance. The parents are informed about the overall performance, achievements/progress and consolidated term attendance of their wards. Their feedback and suggestions are collected ,analyzed and addressed before the corresponding faculties and Head of Departments. Activities and Research Planned for the particular batch is discussed. The feedback from the parents is collected at the end of the meeting and the issues are discussed at the subsequent mentor committee meeting.
