The Al Azhar college of Engineering and Technology hosted a workshop on 17 August 2024 at College Seminar Hall. The workshop was designed to introduce the most recent AI tools and their influence on the nature of teaching, learning, and evaluation as well as to enhance the research and teaching capabilities of faculties. The principal delivered the inaugural marks of the workshop which were immediately followed by a welcome speech by Needa Farid, Academic Dean. The key resource speaker of the workshop was Mr. Derick Thomas, CEO Excitation Technologies. The workshop provided a valuable opportunity for the faculty members to learn about latest AI tools and their applications in research, ultimately enhancing their capacity to conduct research and teach effectively.
