Recognizing its importance, Al-Azhar College of Engineering organized a workshop titled “The Art of Mentoring” on 10 July 2025 to empower faculty with effective mentoring strategies. The session aimed to enhance the understanding of mentor- mentee dynamics and to promote a culture of empathy, guidance, and support. It also aligned with the institution’s goal of fostering holistic development through strong faculty-student engagement.
